Another Satisfied IMMULITE® 2000 Customer Writes DPC

Editor's note: Dr. Michael Hallworth of Royal Shrewsbury Hospitals, Shrewsbury, UK, recently wrote to DPC to express his satisfaction with the IMMULITE® 2000 system installed in his laboratory. His letter is reproduced below.

I am writing to thank you and your staff for your help during the installation and run-up of our IMMULITE 2000 system. We have been very impressed with the engineering and sales support that we have received over the last few months. The assistance provided with training and method comparison has been invaluable, and the (inevitable) minor technical issues that have arisen have been rapidly and efficiently resolved.

It has been a pleasure to deal with DPC since 1994, when we first acquired our IMMULITE system. We have always found the company to be extremely receptive to constructive feedback, and the technical support team has been exceptional in providing a rapid response to questions or problems relating to specific assays. I know of no other company with the same degree of dedication, efficiency and openness in customer support at all levels.
