DPC

the RIA market. To better serve you, our RIA customers, in the US, we
initiated a US telesales program on February 1, 1999. Telesales representatives
will supplement the work of the Territory Managers to ensure that your
RIA needs are being met.
During
the initial calling cycle that began on February 1, our telesales representatives
introduced themselves, listened to your needs, and responded to your requests
for other RIA products in which you might be interested. We value your
comments and appreciate the time you took to talk with us. You may expect
a call two to three times per year from a DPC telesales representative,
beginning in May.
