I would like to take this opportunity to thank your company for the ease with which our IMMULITE® 2000 was installed. Your service engineers and technical service reps were very helpful with the set-up and the validation of our methods. Your sales reps, who were easy to work with during the sale, stayed in touch to make sure everything went smoothly. Our technologists who went to training were pleased with the level of experience they received, which resulted in easier training for secondary operators than was the case for other instrumentation we have installed. Even the minor downtime that we have had with the instrument is always resolved by the service engineers in a timely manner. We have never lost an entire day of testing.

We obtained our first IMMULITE® in 1994; previously, we were using RIA kits. We have found your customer support and technical support personnel to be very friendly and knowledgeable.

We have also found your reagents to be of very high quality, with a specificity and sensitivity superior to those of other methods. We feel that the enhanced chemiluminescence that is part of your methodology is the gold standard in the industry.

By putting our high-volume immunoassay tests on the IMMULITE 2000 and running it in a 24/7 format, we have been able to lower our turnaround time significantly. This has been very helpful not only with our thyroid testing but also with our tumor marker and esoteric hormone testing as well.

For these reasons, our institution feels that we have chosen the right immunoassay instrument to take us into the new millennium. We would recommend DPC as a supplier to anybody.
