DPC Acquires Swidish Distributor
Consolidates Baltic Organization

DPC has acquired the remaining equity interest in its Swedish distributor, DPC Skafte AB, headquartered in Mölndal, Sweden. Founded by Harald Skafte in 1970, DPC Skafte has actively distributed DPC products for over 20 years. Harald will remain with the Company. DPC Skafte also has controlling interest in DPC Baltic O&UumL;, headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. It serves the local Estonian market and supervises, through subdistributors, DPC's activities in Latvia and Lithuania.

The Swedish acquisition, coupled with the Norwegian acquisition last year, will enable DPC to better serve its customers in the region.
