How does it work?

1. The Gateway PC software is able to track the following data from the IMMULITE 2000:
· Data log and error conditions
· Adjustment data
· Temperature values
· Diagnostic test metrics
· Patient means data.

2. The information is sent automatically to the Enterprise Server located at DPC.

3. Automatic data analysis proceeds according to defined escalation protocols.

4. Appropriate actions are taken to minimize system downtime.
