A full program of corporate and scientific presentations (along with some great entertainment) took place in the afternoon at the Palais des Congrès. The highlights of the program were presentations by representatives of three of the international evaluation centers:

During dinner at the Palais Universitaire, Prof. G. Pauli, who heads the Département de Pneumologie of the Strasbourg University Hospital, gave a superb presentation on the University of Strasbourg and the activities of her department.

DPC would like to thank all the participants who attended the International Launch in Strasbourg. Regrettably, due to the tragedy in the United States days before, few American associates were able to attend. They were greatly missed. The presentation of Mrs. Dorman, who was among the Americans unable to attend, was made available to participants.
