DPC's Web site features three new sections, devoted to infectious disease, reproductive endocrinology and therapeutic drug monitoring. You can view them by clicking on Medical Conditions on the home page, and then clicking on the desired topic.

Infectious Disease
DPC is responding to the growing infectious disease testing needs of laboratories around the world and is committed to delivering a comprehensive menu of fully automated assays. We currently offer the broadest menu of ToRCH assays on a random access system. The Web site provides information on disease states and tests relating to the ToRCH agents, hepatitis B, H. pylori, and Lyme disease.

Reproductive Endocrinology
A longstanding market leader in this area, DPC offers a broad menu of reproductive endocrinology assays. The Web site provides concise summaries of human reproductive life phases, various medical conditions and treatments, and the clinical utility of related assays.

Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM)
Of the top ten therapeutic drugs for which patients are routinely monitored, nine are measured by immunoassay. DPC will soon offer a complete TDM menu with assays for these nine drugs. This section of the Web site examines the reasons for monitoring therapeutic drugs, the classification and description of the most commonly monitored therapeutic drugs, and the relevant disease states treated.

The expanding Medical Conditions area also contains sections on anemia, cancer, diabetes, heart attack and thyroid function, with new sections under construction-reflecting the diverse clinical testing categories for which DPC offers immunoassays.
