DPC Moves into New Corporate Offices

In August of 2004, DPC moved into its new corporate offices in Los Angeles. DPC purchased the property and building last year to accommodate growth in virtually every department. The 170,000-square-foot building's interior had not been built out, allowing DPC to design the facility to its specific requirements. After nearly a year of design and construction, the campus is now occupied and fully functional.

The new headquarters is located on Pacific Concourse Drive, about 1-1/2 miles southeast of the existing DPC facility, near the Los Angeles International Airport. This campus now houses the Company's administrative, research and development, and technical support functions, bringing together groups that had previously been operating out of the main location and a leased satellite suite in an offsite office building. Manufacturing, shipping, receiving and selected other operational functions continue to operate at the existing site, which is also being redesigned for maximum utility.

DPC's growth has exceeded double digits each year over the past five years. Approximately 450 employees have moved to the new facility, a much-needed expansion for the Company. With the combined area of the original and new facilities, the Company has increased workspace in all departments by more than 60 percent. The additional space has increased manufacturing and operational efficiencies, and will allow the Company to enhance its timely response to customers' needs both now and in the future.

The new corporate headquarters serves as a modern, world-class venue for training seminars and corporate meetings for DPC customers, employees and corporate partners. At the 2004 AACC meeting held in Los Angeles, DPC was proud to host a pre-grand opening event for its customers and corporate partners at the new site. Over 600 guests enjoyed tours of the new campus as well as dinner and entertainment with a Hollywood Safari theme.
